As a Technical Sales & Business Development Intern, you will support our commercial team in identifying new opportunities, building customer relationships, and expanding our market position. You will have the opportunity to work on real business development processes in international markets.
What will you do?- Research and identify potential customers and partners
- Support lead generation and business development activities
- Reach out to prospects via email, Linked In, and phone
- Conduct market and competitor analysis
- Support the preparation of presentations, quotes, and commercial documents
- Maintain customer information in the CRM system
- Support trade fairs, events, and customer visits
- Contribute ideas on commercial strategy and market development
- HBO or WO student in fields such as International Business, Commercial Economics, Business Administration (Technical focus), Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Materials Science, or a related discipline
- Excellent command of Dutch and English
- Interest in technology, engineering, and industrial markets
- Affinity with engineering; knowledge of corrosion, coatings, offshore wind, or infrastructure is a plus
- Proactive and independent working attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in sales, business development, and international trade
