Tarnoc in Delft zoekt een Head of Sales & Growth die samen met het founding team de commerciële groei aanstuurt. Je beheert de funnel van lead tot installatie, stuurt het salesteam aan en zet AI-automatisering in om processen te versnellen.
Je bouwt systemen, verzorgt CRM en rapportage, ontwikkelt marketingstrategie en werkt aan positionering en branding. Minimaal 2 dagen op kantoor in Delft, met groeimogelijkheden naar Chief Commercial Officer en een aandelenpakket.
