Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi . The Admin Assistant & HR will work closely with senior leadership, providing day-to-day executive support while also managing office administration and people-related processes. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
Admin Assistant & HR
Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior leadership
Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, notes, and follow-ups
Act as a point of coordination between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Oversee day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination
Manage office supplies, assets, and facilities requirements
Coordinate onboarding logistics for new team members
Maintain records, documentation, and internal databases
Support recruitment processes, including interview coordination and candidate communication
Manage employee records, attendance, and leave tracking
Assist with payroll coordination, documentation, and compliance support
Support performance review cycles and employee engagement initiatives
Act as a first point of contact for basic HR queries and employee coordination
Qualifications & Skill
4–5 years of experience in an EA, Admin, or HR coordination role (agency or startup experience preferred)
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools
Basic understanding of HR processes and employment documentation
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work independently
