Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall administrative and office operations to ensure efficiency and compliance
- Manage facilities, housekeeping, security, and office maintenance
- Handle vendor management, including negotiation, onboarding, renewals, and performance review
- Oversee procurement, inventory, and office supplies
- Manage administrative staff, front desk, and support teams
- Coordinate office moves, renovations, and space planning, if required
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and internal policies
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to address operational requirements
- Monitor and control administrative budgets and expenses
