Role Summary
We are looking for a highly intelligent, execution-focused, and extremely reliable Executive Assistant who will work directly with the Founder and act as a force multiplier.
This is not a basic assistant role. This is a strategic execution role where you will help manage priorities, ensure execution, coordinate teams, and bring structure to daily business operations.
Your primary responsibility will be to protect the Founder’s time, increase operational efficiency, and ensure important tasks and projects are executed without delay.

Key Responsibilities
Founder Support & Priority Management
• Manage the Founder’s calendar, meetings, and daily priorities with precision
• Ensure the Founder focuses only on high-value activities
• Filter, organize, and prioritize incoming tasks and communications
Execution & Follow-ups
• Track tasks assigned to team members and ensure timely completion
• Follow up with marketing, sales, operations, and vendors
• Ensure nothing important gets delayed or missed
Communication & Coordination
• Act as a bridge between the Founder and internal teams
• Handle business emails, Whats App communications, and coordination
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and efficiently
Operational and Strategic Support
• Assist in business operations, hiring coordination, and vendor management
• Prepare reports, summaries, and performance trackers
• Bring structure, organization, and efficiency into daily workflows
Confidentiality & Trust
• Handle sensitive business information with complete confidentiality
• Maintain professionalism, loyalty, and discretion at all times
