Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Assam for a Junior Assistant. The Junior Assistant will provide administrative and operational support across various business functions. Responsibilities include maintaining records, handling documentation, managing customer inquiries, processing loan applications, and supporting field staff. The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to ensure efficient daily functioning.

Qualifications
Strong administrative skills, including record-keeping and documentation
Effective written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in office tools, such as Microsoft Office or similar software
Ability to manage customer inquiries and deliver excellent service
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
Basic understanding of financial and loan processing concepts is an advantage
Prior experience in similar roles or in the financial sector is a plus
A degree or diploma in business administration or a related field is preferred
