Proven experience managing or scaling a You Tube channel with  at least 200,000 subscribers
Willingness to undergo a background check before onboarding
Willing to work with zoom camera ON during the whole shift

About the Role

Outsourced Pro Global is on the hunt for a  You Tube Growth & Content Team Leader  to take our Marketing team to the next level.
In this role, you'll own the growth and strategy of our content division, focusing on You Tube expansion, video strategy, and multimedia excellence. You'll lead a talented team of editors, animators, graphic designers, and creatives, guiding them to hit 200,000 subscribers within a year while setting the stage to scale the channel to 1 million and beyond.
We're looking for a bold, creative leader with a strong presence and clear communication skills, someone who can inspire a team, elevate content quality, drive measurable results, and spark innovation across all formats.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Creative Direction

Lead and manage a team  of video editors, animators, graphic designers, and content creators
Provide creative direction, feedback, and performance management
Maintain strong team accountability and  output standard s
Foster a  high-performance and collaborative creative environment

You Tube Channel Management & Growth

Oversee content strategy for a You Tube channel
Develop and  execute growth strategi es to scale toward 300,000 subscribers or more within a year
Optimise titles, thumbnails,  retention strategies, and audience engagement
Monitor You Tube analytics and implement performance-driven improvements

Content Strategy & Production

Develop and implement content strategies aligned with marketing goals
Oversee high-quality production across  video, social media, blogs, and email
Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across platforms
Manage and maintain a structured content calendar

Creative & Technical Execution

Demonstrate  hands-on knowledge of video editing, graphic design, and animation
Guide editors on storytelling, pacing, motion graphics, and creative direction
Ensure multimedia content meets professional and platform-specific standards

Performance & Collaboration

Track and analyse content performance metric s to identify growth opportunities
Must know  how to pull data via studio and have google experience
Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align content with campaigns
Drive innovation, creativity, and  continuous improvement within the team

Key Skills and Qualities

Strong understanding of You Tube growth strategies and analytics
Experience in video editing, graphic design, and animation
Strong leadership  presence with the ability to manage a team of editors
Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
Creative, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset
