Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Visual Designer located in Gururgam, India. In this role, the Visual Designer will create visually striking and consistent designs across various platforms, including digital and print media. Responsibilities include designing graphics, developing branding materials, creating web design assets, and ensuring design elements align with the brand identity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to execute projects effectively and meet creative objectives.
What You’ll Own
Creative Execution Across Touchpoints
Design high-impact creatives for website, performance ads, social media, emailers, and marketplace banners.
Build cohesive visual themes for campaigns, launches, festive drops, and brand moments.
Translate brand emotion into sharp, scroll-stopping visuals.
Key Responsibilities

Design high-impact creatives for website, performance ads, social media, emailers, and marketplace banners.
Build cohesive visual themes for campaigns, launches, festive drops, and brand moments.
Translate brand emotion into sharp, scroll-stopping visuals.
Actively assist during shoots and manage end-to-end coordination with external studios, photographers, and freelance editors to ensure high-quality visual output.
Performance-Driven Design
Create creatives that don’t just look good — but convert.
Collaborate with performance and growth teams to improve CTR and engagement.
Iterate fast based on feedback and campaign learnings.
AI-First Creative Thinking
Leverage tools like Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, ChatGPT, and other AI platforms to:
Enhance backgrounds
Improve jewellery reflections and shine
Generate mood concepts
Speed up creative workflows
Explore and experiment with new tools constantly.
Bring innovation into everyday execution.
What Makes You a Fit
1–2 years experience in visual design / fashion communication / brand design.
Strong portfolio showcasing digital + brand creatives.
Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom).
Comfortable with Canva and AI creative tools.
Strong understanding of lighting, reflections, and product editing (especially jewellery).
Quick thinker with strong ownership mindset.
Detail-obsessed and deadline-oriented.
Strong collaboration skills across teams.
