Position:  Visual Communication Strategist

We’re looking for a Visual Communications Strategist who can think creatively, write sharp copy, design visually strong assets, and support end-to end content production. This role sits within the Branding team and will help bring the brand’s stories to life across social, campaigns, events, and internal projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Ideation

● Develop concepts for social media, campaigns, and ongoing brand storytelling.

● Suggest new content formats and creative ideas that strengthen brand presence.

Copywriting

● Write short, engaging copy for social posts, ads, and digital assets.

● Maintain consistency with the brand’s tone of voice.

Design & Illustration

● Create social media designs, templates, and visual assets.

● Develop illustrations that align with the brand’s style and needs.

Content Production

● Take ideas from concept to final execution - timely and high quality.

● Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as needed.

Cross-Team Collaboration

● Work with marketing, events, and partnerships teams to deliver cohesive brand
communication.

Preferred candidate profile

● 1–3 years of experience in design, illustration, or content roles.

● Strong portfolio showcasing design + copy + illustration work.

● Proficiency in Adobe Suite / Figma / Procreate.

● Understanding of social media formats and visual storytelling.

● Strong communication and multitasking skills.
