We create cinematic, emotionally engaging animated videos — and strong visuals are a core part of our storytelling. We’re looking for a highly skilled  Backgrounds & Props Artist  who can design and produce  ultra high-quality environments and props  that elevate every scene. This role is ideal for someone with a sharp design sense, strong visual consistency, and the discipline to deliver clean, production-ready assets on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Create  high-quality 2D backgrounds  (interior/exterior) that match the show style and mood of each scene.


Design and illustrate  prop s (everyday items, story-specific objects, vehicles, signage, gadgets, etc.) with excellent shape language, detail, and readability
.

Maintai n consistent perspective, lighting, color harmony, and material renderi ng to keep scenes believable and polishe
d  .

Organize assets properly (layers, naming, groups) so they’ re easy for animators to  use without confusi
o  n.

Create reusa ble prop packs / environment libra ries to speed up production while keeping quality h
i  gh.

Collaborate with storyboard, character, and animation teams to ensure backgrounds/props support staging, camera framing, and ac
t  ion.

Deliver assets in fast cycles (daily/weekly targets ) and implement feedback q uickly without quality
drop.

Qualifica   tions:
Proven experienc e as a Background Artist / Props Artist / 2D Environment  Artist for animated videos, shorts, series, or s
t  udios.

Strong knowl edge of perspective, composition, lighting, a nd color (must be visible in your por
t  folio).

Ability t o create clean, consistent, animation
-friendly props and environments that match a sty
l  e guide.

Profi ciency in Photoshop / Illustrator / Procrea te / Krita (or similar), and comfort exporting assets in production formats (PSD/PNG wit
h   layers).

A portfolio that cle arly shows backgrou nds + props (separate samples
p  referred).

Strong attention to detail, speed, and reliability in a deadline-driv
en w orkfl ow.
