Creative Pulp Design (CPD)  is a founder-led branding and communication design studio rooted in India, working at the intersection of  strategy, narrative and design .

We partner with organisations to build clear, consistent and meaningful brands — from visual identities and communication systems to digital platforms, campaigns and long-form publications.

We’re a small, hands-on, founder-led studio, which means you’ll work closely with the person shaping the brief, the thinking and the final work — rather than being one person in a large production pipeline.
We value  clarity over clutter, thinking over templates, and good design that solves a real communication problem.

About the Role
We’re looking for a  Junior Graphic Designer  who loves making things look good and thinks about why they work.

You’ll work directly with the founder and lead designer across a mix of branding and communication projects. This isn’t just about taking a brief and making it pretty — we want you to understand the idea behind the brief, ask questions, and bring your own visual thinking to the work.

You could be working on a brand identity one day, a presentation or publication the next, and digital content, campaign assets or a short motion piece after that.

If you’re curious, detail-obsessed, have strong design fundamentals and are always looking at how brands communicate — we’d love to see your work.

Responsibilities
Develop visual concepts and design assets across branding, digital communication, campaigns, presentations and publications.
Translate briefs and ideas into clear, engaging visual communication.
Work with typography, layout, grids, colour, imagery and visual hierarchy.
Create and adapt designs across different formats and platforms.
Support the development of brand identities, visual systems and communication guidelines.
Work directly with the founder and lead designer, stay responsive and inquisitive to feedback, ask questions to better understand client inputs, iterate quickly, and keep pushing the work towards completion.
Prepare artwork and final files accurately for both digital and print.
Explore motion, animation and simple video content where relevant.
Stay curious about new design tools, visual trends and AI-assisted creative workflows.

What We’re Looking For
1–2 years of experience  in graphic design, visual communication or a related field.
Strong understanding of design fundamentals and a good eye for typography, composition and visual hierarchy.
Comfortable working across  Adobe Creative Suite — especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Premiere Pro .
Basic knowledge of  motion graphics/animation  is a strong plus.
A portfolio that shows  how you think, not just what you’ve made .
Someone who can take a brief, ask the right questions and turn ideas into thoughtful visual solutions.
Good communication skills and the ability to receive feedback constructively and act on it.
A willingness to collaborate, learn, experiment and take ownership of your work.
Interest in AI-assisted design and creative tools is a plus.
A formal design degree is nice to have, but  we care more about your portfolio, design thinking and attitude than your degree.

Work Model
Remote — open to candidates across India.
If you’re based in Delhi NCR , you should be comfortable coming into the CPD studio  1–2 days a week when required .

Probation
The first  3 months will be a probation period  — a chance for both you and us to see if we’re the right fit for each other.
During this period, we’ll look at the quality of your work, how you collaborate, how you respond to feedback, your ownership and reliability, and how you grow with the studio.
