Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site Senior Graphic Designer role based in Delhi, India. The Senior Graphic Designer will conceptualize and develop visual assets for digital and print campaigns, including logos, brand identities, social media creatives, website graphics, and marketing collateral. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with marketing and content teams, translating briefs into clear visual concepts, and ensuring brand consistency across all design materials.

The role involves creating and refining typography, selecting color palettes, preparing files for production, and managing multiple design projects from ideation to final delivery. The Senior Graphic Designer is also expected to mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of design standards and workflows.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for digital and print media.
Demonstrated expertise in Logo Design and Branding for diverse clients and industries.
Proficiency in Typography, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
Experience developing visual concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, and websites.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative, strategic, and polished design work.
Relevant degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
