Visual Designer

Role Description  The Visual Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that support client branding, communication. Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics for digital and print channels, developing brand-aligned visual concepts, and collaborating with consultants to translate strategy into clear, engaging visuals. The role also involves working on website layouts, presentation decks, and internal communications materials, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India, requiring close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Visual Design and Graphic Design, with a portfolio demonstrating clean, modern, and user-focused work.
Experience in Branding and creating cohesive visual identities across multiple platforms.
Ability to design effective Graphics for digital, social media, and print materials.
Proficiency in Web Design principles, including layout, typography, and responsive design.
Advanced use of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD) or equivalent software.
Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling abilities, and an understanding of accessibility in design.
Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
