Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior Fashion Designer with 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in export houses , with strong exposure to working with clients and agencies.
The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of fashion design, garment development, client requirements, and the ability to manage the design process from concept to final execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative and commercially viable fashion concepts and collections.
Create designs based on client requirements, market trends, and brand aesthetics.
Work closely with clients and agencies to understand briefs and translate them into designs.
Develop mood boards, design concepts, color palettes, prints, and garment details.
Coordinate with production, merchandising, sampling, and other teams to ensure smooth execution.
Review samples and provide design inputs and modifications where required.
Ensure designs meet quality, fit, styling, and client expectations.
Research current fashion trends, fabrics, silhouettes, colors, and techniques.
Manage multiple design projects and timelines simultaneously.
Present design concepts and collections to clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, vendors, and internal teams.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Fashion Designer or in a similar senior design role.
Mandatory experience working with export houses .
Strong experience handling clients and agencies .
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, prints, and embellishments.
Excellent knowledge of current fashion trends and market requirements.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates currently based locally and able to commute to Dwarka Sector 14 .
Candidates with proven experience in export-oriented fashion businesses will be preferred.
A strong portfolio showcasing relevant fashion design work is highly desirable.
Compensation & Working Details
Salary: Up to ₹65,000/month, based on experience and suitability
