The Frame is a distinctive multi-level dining destination in Delhi’s Lodhi Art District, where  food, art, design, and storytelling come together to create an immersive hospitality experience .

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a polished, confident, and guest-focused  Guest Service Associate  with strong experience in fine-dining or luxury hospitality.
The ideal candidate should understand refined service, possess excellent guest-handling skills, and have the ability to anticipate guest needs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and attention to detail.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Welcome and engage guests with warmth, confidence, and impeccable hospitality etiquette.
Create a personalised and seamless guest experience from arrival through departure.
Understand guest preferences and proactively anticipate their requirements.
Manage reservations, walk-ins, seating, table allocations, and guest requests efficiently.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the menu, beverages, ingredients, and service sequence.
Deliver service in accordance with fine-dining standards and established SOPs.
Coordinate effectively with the kitchen, bar, service, and management teams.
Handle VIP, regular, and discerning guests with professionalism and discretion.
Maintain impeccable standards of grooming, table presentation, ambience, and service.
Handle guest feedback and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution.
Support the team during busy service periods while maintaining composure and service quality.
Assist in maintaining smooth restaurant operations and contribute to overall guest satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience  in fine dining, luxury hotels, premium restaurants, or upscale hospitality.
Strong understanding of  fine-dining service standards and etiquette .
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, polished, well-groomed, and professional personality.
Strong guest-handling and relationship-building skills.
Ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised service.
Good knowledge of food and beverage is preferred.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-end hospitality environment.
Strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for hospitality.
