Lawmen & White (L&W)  is a full-service law firm headquartered in Defence Colony, New Delhi, with a pan-India presence. The firm specializes in Supreme Court litigation and frequently practices before major appellate forums in New Delhi, including NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC, and others. L&W plays an integral role in strategizing and overseeing high stakes litigation and arbitrations across India.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Associate at Lawmen & White (L&W), based in our Delhi office.
The role will involve drafting, preparation of written submissions and case notes, briefing Senior Counsel/Partners, court appearances, creating legal strategies, drafting legal opinions, monitoring pan-India litigation activities, liaising with clients and independently handling matters assigned.
Candidates must have a strong command over practice and procedure, including filing. A sound grasp of litigation strategy, the ability to work across diverse areas of law, and confidence to express independent views are essential.

Preference will be given to candidates with substantial experience and command over criminal law, commercial litigation, and arbitration. Delhi-based candidates are preferred, though applications from across India are welcome.

Remuneration will be commensurate with industry standards, and high-performing associates will be incentivized and groomed for leadership roles within the firm.
