5. Proficiency in MS Office, document management, and reporting tools.
Job description
- Manage the end-to-end contract management lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and facilitating execution of contracts.
- Facilitate due diligence and title verification for real estate transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction-related documents and agreements.
- Collaborate closely with the business Team to provide day-to-day corporate and business law advisory support.
- Conduct legal research and provide practical legal guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to legal practice standards initiatives and support implementation of best practices.
- Support development and delivery of internal legal training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Handle legal notices, responses, and documentation in coordination with legal counsel.
- Maintain proper records and MIS of legal cases, court dates, and communication withadvocates.
- Assist in property matters, lease agreements, and compliance-related activities.
- Liaise with government departments, law firms, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications:

Degree in Law (LLB/LLM) with CS preferred
