Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Lawyer. The Junior Lawyer will be responsible for reviewing and drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, providing advisory support, and assisting in dispute resolution. The role requires working closely with clients and leveraging our technology-driven platform to deliver efficient, high-quality legal solutions. Collaboration with senior legal professionals to ensure compliance and excellence in service delivery will also be a key aspect of the position.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Legal Research, Case Analysis, and preparing Legal Memoranda
Proficiency in Drafting Contracts, Agreements, and other Legal Documents
Experience in Dispute Resolution and Client Advisory Services
Ability to Interpret Laws, Regulations, and Compliance Requirements
Familiarity with Technology-Driven Legal Tools and AI Integration
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LL.B. or higher)
Bar Council registration and prior experience in corporate or legal advisory roles is a plus
