Branch Manager – Delhi (Existing Branch)

Switrus, India’s most trusted Europe-only tour operator, is looking for a seasoned Branch Manager to lead our existing Delhi branch. This role demands a strong leader who can manage sales, marketing, and visa operations, drive consistent revenue, and uphold Switrus’ premium service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Leadership & Performance
- Take complete ownership of the Delhi branch P&L and performance
- Lead and manage Sales, Marketing, and Visa teams under one unified goal
- Ensure smooth coordination between departments for faster conversions and customer satisfaction
Sales Management
- Drive individual and team sales targets for Europe group tours and premium packages
- Monitor daily lead allocation, follow-ups, conversions, and closures
- Personally handle high-value clients, corporate accounts, and escalations
- Conduct daily sales reviews and weekly performance meetings
Marketing Oversight
- Plan and execute local marketing initiatives, events, B2B tie-ups, and roadshows
- Coordinate with HO and digital marketing teams to maximize lead quality and ROI
- Monitor campaign performance and ensure effective lead conversion at branch level
Visa Team Management
- Supervise the Visa team to ensure accurate documentation and timely submissions
- Ensure high approval ratios and strict compliance with embassy requirements
- Coordinate between Sales, Visa, and Operations teams to avoid delays and errors
Customer Experience & Brand Standards
- Ensure every customer receives a premium, transparent, and trust-driven experience
- Resolve customer issues proactively and protect the Switrus brand reputation
- Maintain high Google reviews and referral ratios
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain daily MIS, sales reports, visa status reports, and branch performance dashboards
- Ensure adherence to company policies, financial discipline, and audit standards
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7–12 years of experience in travel/tour industry (Europe experience preferred)
- Proven experience managing Sales + Marketing + Visa teams
- Strong leadership, target orientation, and people management skills
- Deep understanding of Europe group tours, visa processes, and customer handling
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-growing organization
