Role Overview :
The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing corporate relationships and generating placement opportunities through active outreach and company visits in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular visits to companies to promote student placements and internships.
Develop relationships with HR leaders and recruiters.
Identify new organizations for campus recruitment.
Coordinate interviews, recruitment drives, and hiring processes.
Maintain a database of corporate contacts and opportunities.
Share periodic outreach and placement reports with leadership.

6–10 years

2. Regional Manager – Corporate Partnerships & Placements

Role Overview :
The Regional Manager will lead corporate outreach activities in the assigned region and manage relationships with key organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Build long-term partnerships with corporates in the region.
Lead efforts to secure placement and internship opportunities.
Organize corporate engagement initiatives such as industry interactions and networking events.
Support and guide the outreach team in company engagement.
Track and monitor regional placement targets.

Experience:

8–12 years

3. Senior Regional Manager – Strategic Industry Engagement

Role Overview :
The Senior Regional Manager will drive regional placement strategy and high-level corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop regional placement strategy to expand employer partnerships.
Engage with CXOs, senior HR leaders, and industry associations.
Establish strategic collaborations, MOUs, and partnerships with companies.
Identify emerging sectors and new hiring opportunities.
Mentor regional outreach teams and oversee placement targets.

4. Assistant Director – Corporate Relations & Placements

Role Overview :
The Assistant Director will lead placement outreach for the region and drive institutional corporate partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead corporate outreach and placement strategy for the region.
Build strong relationships with top recruiters and industry leaders.
Expand the university’s corporate network nationally and internationally.
Ensure placement targets are achieved across programs.
Represent the university in industry forums, conferences, and corporate meetings.
Supervise and guide the placement outreach team.
