Key Responsibilities
End-to-end project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Manage site operations, contractors, and vendor coordination.
Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and safety standards.
Coordinate with clients, design teams, and consultants for project approvals and deliverables.
Review drawings, BOQs, material approvals, and technical submissions.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Manage cost control, billing, documentation, and project reporting.
Lead and mentor site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
Required
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
8–10 years of experience specifically in interior fit-out project management .
Strong understanding of Civil, MEP, finishing works, and project coordination.
Proven experience in managing contractors and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
Preferred Background
Experience in corporate offices, commercial interiors, or hospitality fit-out projects.
PMP or other project management certifications (optional but preferred).
