Role Overview :
We are seeking a seasoned Offline Media Director to lead strategic media planning and execution across traditional channels including TV, Print, Radio, OOH, and Cinema. The role requires strong leadership, deep market understanding, and expertise in managing high-value client portfolios while driving effective media investments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Media Leadership
Develop integrated offline media strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
Lead annual media planning, budgeting, and allocation across traditional platforms.
Provide strategic inputs on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape.
2. Planning & Buying Oversight
Oversee TV, Print, Radio, OOH, and Cinema planning and execution.
Ensure optimal GRPs, reach, frequency, CPRP, and cost efficiencies.
Drive negotiations and finalize large-scale media deals and sponsor ships.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary strategic partner for key clients.
Present media strategies, performance reviews, and annual brand plans to senior stakeholders.
Build strong relationships with broadcasters, publishers, and media vendors.
4. Measurement & Optimization
Lead pre- and post-campaign evaluations.
Analyze campaign performance using BARC, IRS, RAM, and other audience measurement tools.
Provide insights through competition tracking and market mix modeling (MMM) where applicable.
5. Team Leadership
Mentor and lead a team of media planners and buyers.
Ensure process efficiency and high-quality media deliverables.
Drive innovation in traditional media strategy.
Required Skills &

Qualifications:

8 - 10 years of experience in offline media planning (agency background preferred).
Strong expertise in TV metrics (TRP, GRP, CPRP), Print planning, and OOH strategy.
Experience handling large FMCG / Auto / BFSI brands preferred.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Expertise in annual planning (AOP) and budget forecasting.
Excellent analytical, presentation, and leadership skills.
Preferred:
Experience in Market Mix Modeling (MMM).
Exposure to integrated (offline + digital) strategy.
