- Nation Building Foundation of India traces its origins to Nation with NaMo, the pioneers of the political consulting space in India. Nation with NaMo is India’s leading political consulting organisation, known for its work in electioneering, party capability building, and governance, with a clear mission: to make India better by advising senior political leaders and strengthening democratic processes.

Nation Building is an initiative by Nation with NaMo, born from a simple but powerful belief:
Extraordinary impact comes from ordinary people who decide to show up. In 2024, what began as a student engagement effort - a case study competition designed to let the youth solve India’s biggest governance challenges unexpectedly ignited something much larger. It revealed a truth we had always sensed but never fully seen:
India’s youth are eager to contribute, lead, and shape the nation’s future, but often lack a structured path to begin.

So, we built one.

Nation Building emerged as the answer. Not as an organisation telling students what to do, but as a platform built by those shaping the nation today, for those who will lead it tomorrow - a platform to turn intention into action and passion into nation-building careers. What started as an experiment has grown rapidly, organically, and with unbelievable energy into a community of 1,00,000+ students across 2,500+ colleges, connected by one shared idea:
India’s future is not something we wait for. It is something we build, step by step, choice by choice, together.

Today, Nation Building stands as India’s first structured platform that aims to motivate ambitious students from premier colleges in India towards meaningful, purpose-driven careers in nation-building. We make students aware, inspire them, and engage young individuals to build a sustainable ecosystem for civic participation and innovation. In essence, the platform seeks to harness the potential of ambitious minds and make nation building a shared vision amongst the youth.

Our Initiatives :

● Nation Building Case Study Competition:
It is the largest case study competition at an undergraduate level, providing an opportunity to college students to solve governance challenges in India

● Nation Building Conclave:
Our flagship annual initiative, where pioneers meet purpose, it unites industry leaders to inspire, guide, and empower the next generation with stories of impact and nation building

● Nation Building Impact Chapters:
Community of students from India’s premier institutions committed to channelising their passion, creativity and problem-solving skills to drive a meaningful change in society through small but consistent actions.

● Panel discussions and speaker sessions:
Driving conversations on democracy, governance and public policy amongst the youth.

What are we looking for in the Project Manager-Community Operations?
As Nation Building scales, building strong, engaged student communities becomes central to our growth.  The Project Manager will define and drive the direction of our youth ecosystem across campuses and platforms, shaping engagement strategy while ensuring disciplined on-ground execution.
This role requires a high-ownership individual who can both design community initiatives and carry them through end-to-end. You will build credibility with student leaders and institutional partners, create structured engagement pathways, and ensure sustained participation through strong systems, accountability, and consistent follow-through.

Roles and Responsibilities

● Community ecosystem building :
Define and architect Nation Building’s campus community model across awareness, participation, and leadership stages. Design structured engagement pathways that move members from discovery to ownership, ensuring long-term depth, identity, and coherence across campuses and platforms.

● Program execution and on-ground management :
Lead the end-to-end execution of community-led initiatives, competitions, workshops, and flagship events. Establish clear operating frameworks, timelines, and accountability mechanisms to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery across institutes.
