Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and scale Employee Transportation Services (ETS) operations. This role is responsible for building a strong operational framework, driving business growth, and ensuring high service reliability while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in employee transportation operations, strong vendor ecosystem knowledge, and the ability to manage both business development and operational delivery in a fast-paced corporate mobility environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Revenue Ownership
Build and execute a focused NCR growth strategy targeting tech parks, industrial clusters, and GCC hubs
Develop a predictable revenue pipeline and increase wallet share within existing enterprise accounts
Lead structured participation in RFPs/RFQs including route-level costing and margin validation
Identify incremental revenue opportunities such as additional shifts, weekend operations, and multi-location expansion
Ensure system-led execution to prevent revenue leakage
P&L & Margin Governance
Own end-to-end account profitability with strict margin discipline
Monitor route-level contribution and manage pricing governance in bids and renewals
Control cost drivers including hired fleet and fuel
Conduct monthly account-level P&L reviews to ensure financial transparency
Operational Excellence & SLA Leadership
Drive SLA-led service delivery with >99% on-time performance
Ensure zero critical service failures and timely escalation management
Implement real-time shift monitoring and structured client MIS/reporting
Maintain 100% digital duty validation
Supplier Ecosystem & Capacity Building
Build and manage a strong fleet vendor ecosystem across NCR
Onboard quality partners aligned with operational and service standards
Safety & Compliance Governance
Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance protocols
Maintain standardized female safety procedures and full GPS compliance
Conduct structured monthly compliance audits
Client Governance & Retention
Lead weekly operational calls with clients
Deliver monthly MIS reports and participate in quarterly business reviews
Ensure strong SLA performance and client satisfaction
Team Leadership
Manage ETS coordinators and operational teams
Ensure optimal manpower planning and structured escalation frameworks
Build a culture of accountability and data-driven execution
Qualifications
MBA in Operations / Supply Chain / Business preferred
10–15 years of experience in the mobility or corporate transportation sector
Minimum 5–10 years leading Employee Transportation Services operations (24×7 operations exposure preferred)
Leadership Competencies
Strong commercial acumen and P&L ownership
Proven ability to scale transportation business units profitably
Expertise in vendor management, routing technology, and compliance frameworks
Strong client relationship management and business development skills
Experience managing both sales and operations functions
