Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities
Own end-to-end delivery of solar PV projects from from inception to commissioning.
Monitor project deliverables
Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
Manage and support project team members with tasks you assign the Track KPIs SPI, CPI, milestone adherence and report to stakeholders
Lead risk management, change orders & HSSE compliance across all project sites

Qualifications

B.E. /

B.Tech | PMP/ PRINCE2 preferred
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

Expertise

7–12 yrs of project management in solar renewable energy
Proven track record delivering 50 MW+ projects from greenfield to COD
Knowledge of regulations & MNRE guidelines
Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera P6 & project management dashboards
Strong contract management skills EPC, O&M, PPA structures
