- Role Summary
A senior business leader to own the entire BPL Medical business for the North zone, with full P&L accountability. You'll drive revenue, margin, and profitability across the zone while ensuring best-in-class customer satisfaction and service delivery. As the business scales, you'll build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional team, and play a central role in shaping strategy, market expansion, and go-to-market execution for the zone.

Key Responsibilities
1. P&L and Revenue
Own the end-to-end P&L for the North zone, driving revenue delivery and growth against annual business Plan.
Manage gross margin and EBITDA performance in line with approved budgets.
Own Revenue and collections performance for across business verticals.
Develop annual business plans and execute set territory/regional targets based on potential and business viability, involving regional teams to build ownership and joint strategies.
Lead market expansion and district-level coverage growth — new account acquisition and market share growth in line with the annual plan.
Track market share by product line through tracking Sales Trends.
Plan and drive marketing activities and quarterly field events
Build and manage the dealer/channel network to extend reach beyond hospitals directly covered by the sales team.

2. Customer Success
Own customer satisfaction outcomes for the zone, tracked via NPS score against approved benchmarks.
Ensure compliance on service response as per the defined ticketing process and TAT.
Build and sustain relationships with hospital management, senior clinicians/KOLs, and industry and doctor associations, developing KOLs across the zone.
Act as the face of BPL Medtech for the zone, embedding a customer-first discipline across the regional team.

3. People
Build, lead, and scale the regional team as the business grows — driving the hiring, retention, and development of talent across sales, service, and support functions.
Drive revenue efficiency, improving revenue per rupee spent.
Build succession depth, of critical roles have ready successors.
Elevate team capability and maintaining average employee product knowledge through structured training.
Set up and govern robust processes for the zone, aligning them to the organisation's fast-paced growth, and ensure the team is process-oriented and disciplined.
Coach and mentor the team to enhance selling, technical, and service skills for high productivity and effectiveness.

What We're Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
15+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in a zonal/regional leadership role in the medical device or healthcare industry.
Bachelor's degree in Bio Medical Engineering / Electronics & Instrumentation, preferred; MBA an advantage.
