About the Role
We are looking for a locally based, on-ground Business Development Executive in Delhi to identify and evaluate potential retail sites for our expansion. This is a field-first role that involves scouting streets and micro-markets across the city, building relationships with local property brokers, and shortlisting sites suited to our store format.
Key Responsibilities
Physically visit and survey different streets, markets, and commercial areas across Delhi to identify potential retail site opportunities.
Build and maintain a strong network of local property brokers and landlords to source new leads.
Evaluate sites based on footfall, visibility, accessibility, catchment demographics, and other criteria shared by the company.
Negotiate preliminary terms with brokers/landlords and escalate promising leads to the leadership team.
Share a daily update covering 4–5 locations visited, along with photos, notes, and broker contact details.
Maintain an organized record/tracker of all sites visited, their status, and follow-ups required.
Coordinate with the internal team for site visits, documentation, and closure of finalized deals.
Requirements
Must be a local resident of Delhi with strong familiarity with the city’s neighborhoods, markets, and commercial corridors.
Must own a two-wheeler for daily travel across sites — this is mandatory for the role.
1–3 years of experience in real estate broking, retail leasing, business development, or a similar field role preferred (freshers with strong local knowledge and hustle may also be considered).
Strong communication and negotiation skills; comfortable initiating conversations with brokers and property owners.
Self-driven and comfortable working independently in the field without daily office reporting.
Basic smartphone proficiency for sharing daily location updates, photos, and reports.
Work Structure
This is a field role.
The candidate must share 4–5 site visits per day.
Compensation
CTC: ₹4,00,000 – ₹6,00,000 per annum
Incentive: ₹10,000 per site successfully closed (in addition to
CTC)
