Why this role won't stay open long:

We're BOBOK () — a smart school transport & child-safety platform. Schools partner with us and provide live bus tracking and child safety to every parent as part of their own transport service. Parents love the school for it. Principals sleep better. And the person who signed that school?  Paid on that partnership every month it stays live.

This is pure B2B.  You pitch one decision-maker — the principal, director, or trustee. One signature covers the entire school. No selling to parents. No chasing individual customers. No retail grind.  One meeting. One signature. Hundreds of families covered — and your commission clock starts ticking.

We're hiring only 2 people  this round — the  first salespeople in this company's history.  That means:
Zero territory limits.  Open ground. The big schools you sign first are yours — gone forever for whoever joins after you.
No cap on schools. No cap on income.  Sign 5 schools, earn on 5. Sign 30, earn on 30. Every month.
Your income compounds.  The school you close this January still pays you next December — and the December after that.

What you'll actually earn:

₹35,000/month fixed is your floor  — paid before you've sold a single thing. The commission engine is where the real money is:

One good school partnership puts ₹75,000 to ₹1,75,000 a year in YOUR pocket. One school. Recurring — for up to 7 years.

Now stack them:

Month 3  — probation cleared on your first signed school: ₹35K fixed +  ₹15,000 confirmation bonus  + your first commissions already flowing
Month 12, steady performer  (8–10 school partnerships live):  ₹90,000–₹1,20,000/month
Month 12, top performer  (12–15 schools, bigger deals):  ₹1,50,000–₹2,00,000/month
Year 3, compounding in full effect  (25–30 schools in your book):  ₹2,50,000–₹3,00,000+ per month

Sit with that Year-3 number. ₹3 lakh a month — more than most senior corporate managers — and most of it flows from schools you signed in Year 1 and 2.  Work you already did.  A typical salesperson's January starts rs starts at ₹2.5 lakh.

Plus: travel & fuel reimbursed on actuals (no fixed cap), and our support team owns all tech and onboarding after you close with less coordination with schools — you stay hunting.

You have 1–5 years of field sales — school / edtech / ERP experience is gold here
