Service Manager

The Pump Service Manager will be responsible for managing the erection, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of pump systems. The role includes overseeing service operations, ensuring optimal performance of pumping systems, maintaining technical documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and customers for smooth execution of service and project activities.

Roles & Responsibilities
Experience in assembly, installation, erection, commissioning, technical support, and service operations.
Handling projects end-to-end, from installation to commissioning and final handover of equipment to customers.
Managing customer complaints, project execution, planning, expediting services, and conducting trials.
Maintenance, servicing, and overhauling of VT Pumps, Concrete Volute Pumps, and MVP systems.
Erection, installation, commissioning, and alignment of rotating equipment, including gearboxes.
Focus on Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), service contracts, and overhauling activities.
Preparation of service orders and explaining new design modifications for improved pump performance.
Conducting technical discussions and providing solutions to customers.
On-site servicing and commissioning of API pumps after overhauling.
Performing pump performance testing at site and submitting detailed performance reports to customers.
Servicing and assembly of mechanical seals and plans.

Qualifications

Diploma/B.

E. Mechanical.
10+ years' of experience in pump Service Industry.
