Wheat crest Hills Healthcare Center is currently looking to hire you as a Nursing Assistant to perform a combination of duties in caring for residents in the center, consistent with the plan of care and established long-term care standards and offer training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in our Center- after successful completion of state exam!

• Answers signal lights
• Provides assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.
• Transports residents, using wheelchair or wheeled cart, or assists residents to walk.
• Turns and re-positions residents, alone or with assistance
• Takes and records vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed.
• Completes documentation

• You Must Be Reliable
• Able to Pass a Background Screening
• Able to provide 2 References
• Ability to work well in a team setting
