🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of SAP applications, ensuring optimal performance and system reliability
- Managing application incidents, service requests, and system issues, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborating with functional and technical teams to implement new functionalities and system enhancements
- Monitoring system performance and carrying out regular health checks to identify areas for improvement
- Providing support for SAP system upgrades, patches, and migrations
- Offering expert-level application management and operational insights to clients
- Developing and maintaining documentation for application management processes and procedures
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in SAP Application Management or similar roles
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4
HANA, ECC, BW, FICO, MM, SD, and other key modules - Experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and resolving complex SAP issues
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, monitoring tools, and performance tuning
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- SAP certifications or relevant technical qualifications are a plus
