American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position at a Critical Access Hospital, requiring float capability to Med Surg and multiple specialty certifications.
Requirements- Active SD or Compact RN license required
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
- Prior emergency department nursing experience required
- No previous permanent employment with Avera or Sanford health systems allowed
- Critical Access Hospital emergency department setting
- Must be able to float to Med Surg unit as needed
- Rotating 12-hour shifts covering days, evenings, and nights
- 36 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
No on-call responsibilities - Provide emergency nursing care within a critical access hospital environment
- Blocked scheduling and specific scheduling requests are not permitted
