Assistant Manager

Silverstar Car Wash is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations at our fast-paced express wash. In this on-site leadership role, you'll help supervise team members, maintain a clean and safe site, and deliver friendly, efficient customer service. You'll assist with scheduling, training, cash handling, and membership sales while monitoring wash quality and equipment status. Ideal candidates bring prior service, retail, or hospitality leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise front-line team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations
• Deliver friendly, fast, and professional customer service and resolve customer concerns
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance coaching
• Monitor wash quality, equipment status, and site cleanliness and safety
• Handle cash, memberships, and POS transactions accurately
• Support inventory control for supplies and chemicals
• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and operational standards at all times
• Open and/or close the site, securing cash and facilities as directed by the Manager
• Communicate performance updates and issues to the Site Manager
