Senior Accountant

We are seeking a passionate Senior Corporate Accountant for our Boca Raton, FL Headquarters to assist with our continuing growth. The Senior Accountant is responsible for preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports.

The accountant will have a desire to drive results while playing a key role in creating a cohesive accounting team.

• Responsible for the management of the general ledger through month and year end close
• Perform monthly balance sheet and income statement variance analyses
• Bank reconciliation for multiple entities
• Transact AP, handle ACH and check payments. Review AP postings for PPDs, accruals, and prepare monthly recurring JE's as needed.
• Assists with preparing forecasts and annual budgets for BS, CF and P&L
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions
• Support special projects and implementations aimed at improving operational efficiencies

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 5+ years of relevant work experience Preferred
• Proficient in Quick Books or similar accounting software
• Experience with intercompany transactions
• Experience in health care industry is preferred

• Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting
• Advanced Excel with hands on experience in vlookup, pivot tables and “if” statements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Able to focus on self-direction while being part of a collaborative team.
