Our recruiting firm is partnering with a Financial Services company headquartered in Delray Beach, to find them a Staff Accountant to join their team. This organization has great benefits and offers a fun work environment that includes paid volunteer hours, weekly catered lunches and hybrid office schedule after 90 days.
This is a direct hire opportunity. The target salary range is $85k-$95k + bonus. Although this is a Staff Accountant titled role, we are recruiting for candidates at Senior level.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare daily and monthly journal entries
- Handle prepaid expenses, AP, fixed assets and accruals
- Process payroll including commissions and incentives
- Balance sheet reconciliations and review of financial statements
- Support month‑end, year‑end close and audit process
- 5+ years of Accounting experience
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot) required
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Experience with ERP (Sage would be a plus)
- Commute comfortably to office in Delray Beach
