Senior Accountant

We’re partnering with a rapidly-growing organization seeking a Senior Accountant to join its accounting team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced accountant looking for a role with strong visibility, ownership, and continued career growth.

• Manage key components of the month-end and year-end close process
• Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial data
• Assist with preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting
• Perform account and variance analysis and investigate discrepancies
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Assist with internal and external audit requests
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and established internal controls
• Identify opportunities to streamline and improve accounting processes
• Partner with other departments on accounting and financial matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting
• Solid month-end close and financial reporting experience
• ERP system experience preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
