Overview
We re hiring on behalf of a client who is expanding their support team and seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Delray Beach, FL. This is a fast-paced,
office-based role ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with clients, following structured processes, and managing multiple priorities throughout the day.
This position is well suited for a dependable, detail-oriented professional who communicates confidently by phone and email, is highly organized, and can work efficiently in a time-sensitive environment. Flexibility, reliability, and strong follow-through are key to success in this role.
You ll spend much of your day communicating with clients and internal teams, reviewing information for accuracy, and ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements- Associate s degree or higher required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent phone etiquette and follow-up skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines
- Ability to adhere to established policies and procedures
- Fluent in English and Spanish: read, write, and speak
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or office operations
- Strong time-management and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional, cooperative, and reliable work style
