JT Restoration is hiring an Operations Administrative Assistant in Delray Beach, FL. Pay is $18 to $20 per hour. You need a high school diploma or GED, and 2 or more years of administrative, dispatch, or customer service experience is preferred. You will answer calls, process new loss assignments, and keep files accurate from first call to final report.

You bring proficiency with Microsoft Office and pick up new software fast. Experience in restoration, construction, or insurance is a plus.

What You Will Do Each Day:

Answer and route calls, emails, and requests from customers, vendors, insurers, and the team.

Process and dispatch new losses, leads, assignments, and vendor program requests.

Keep project and customer information accurate in the CRM and other systems.

Review files for accuracy, then process and distribute reports.

Run reports and work queues to catch missing information and follow through.
