We are a growing general contracting firm focused on delivering high-quality interior remodeling projects throughout Palm Beach County. We are seeking a motivated construction professional to join our team in a Project Coordinator role supporting project management and field operations.

Position Overview

This role serves as the key link between the office, job sites, subcontractors, and clients. You will assist in coordinating project activities, supporting quality control, and helping ensure projects are executed efficiently and professionally.

The position is primarily office-based, with regular site visits to monitor progress and support field operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with day-to-day coordination of multiple interior construction projects
  • Act as a communication bridge between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members
  • Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to plans
  • Support quality control efforts to ensure work meets company and client standards
  • Help manage schedules, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with subcontractors regarding timelines, materials, and scope of work
  • Maintain organized project records and assist with client reporting
  • Support field problem-solving to help keep projects on track
  • Assist senior project leadership with administrative and operational tasks
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not required)
  • 0–3 years of construction industry experience (project coordination or field experience welcomed)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional when interacting with clients and trade partners
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working both in an office environment and on job sites
  • Basic understanding of construction processes and site operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with construction systems and technology such as Procore, Housecall Pro, and preferred
