Our client is a well-capitalized real estate developer with a proven track record of delivering transformative mixed‑use developments across Florida. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and help lead the execution of a landmark mixed‑use project in Delray Beach, FL.

This is a unique opportunity to work directly for the ownership team on a high‑profile development that will reshape one of South Florida's fastest‑growing markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of development and construction from preconstruction through project completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and municipal agencies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Review construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership and ownership.
  • Evaluate change orders, pay applications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders while driving accountability across all parties.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of project management experience within commercial real estate development or construction.
  • Experience managing large‑scale mixed‑use, multifamily, hospitality, residential, or commercial developments.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast‑paced development environment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
