Our client is a well-capitalized real estate developer with a proven track record of delivering transformative mixed‑use developments across Florida. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and help lead the execution of a landmark mixed‑use project in Delray Beach, FL.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly for the ownership team on a high‑profile development that will reshape one of South Florida's fastest‑growing markets.
Responsibilities:- Manage all phases of development and construction from preconstruction through project completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and municipal agencies to ensure successful project execution.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and overall progress while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Review construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project specifications.
- Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership and ownership.
- Evaluate change orders, pay applications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Foster strong relationships with project stakeholders while driving accountability across all parties.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- 5+ years of project management experience within commercial real estate development or construction.
- Experience managing large‑scale mixed‑use, multifamily, hospitality, residential, or commercial developments.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and project controls.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast‑paced development environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
