A leading organization in the travel industry is seeking a Video Producer to create compelling visual stories that showcase brand narratives, advisor success, tools, and initiatives through high-quality video and graphic content.
This role is responsible for the full production lifecycle—from pre-production planning through post-production—for photoshoots, campaigns, social media, and editorial photo and video assets.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in both video and still photography, with a particular strength in animation and created imagery. Flexibility, creativity, and the ability to work independently are essential.
This position reports directly to the Social Media Manager and partners cross-functionally with teams across the organization.
Responsibilities- Oversee all stages of video and photo production, from concept development to final delivery
- Produce professional editorial, educational, and marketing video content
- Independently manage and operate video and photography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio, in both studio and on-location environments
- Collaborate with internal departments and leadership to develop engaging visual narratives
- Demonstrate strong expertise in shooting and editing video and still photography
- Create animations and custom imagery for use across multiple platforms
- Adapt quickly to shifting project priorities while maintaining creative excellence
- Travel as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- 3–5 years of experience in video and content production
- Proven experience shooting and editing video for digital, marketing, or social platforms
- Working knowledge of still photography
- Strong understanding of video production equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom)
- Hands‑on experience with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and audio capture
- Strong creative problem‑solving skills, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
