Senior Art Director

Common Reality is an independent design and brand studio focused on collaborating with clients to bring their visions to life.

This is a full-time or flexible remote Senior Art Director role. The Senior Art Director will oversee the creative direction of projects, ensuring high-quality design concepts and execution.

Collaboration with designers, clients, and stakeholders to communicate and refine creative solutions will be a critical aspect of the role. The Senior Art Director holds all design work to a high standard and knows how to manage the client relationship and expectations.

• Strong expertise in Creative Direction and Art Direction, with the ability to guide projects from inception to completion.
• Extensive experience in Branding, developing visual identities, and ensuring brand consistency across various mediums.
• Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with technical skills in relevant design software and tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work collaboratively in team environments while also demonstrating leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in leading creative teams and managing high-level campaigns is highly valued.
