Responsibilities
  • Engage with potential customers over the phone to schedule service appointments.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of scheduling service with Ed Morse Automotive Group.
  • Accurately record customer information and appointment details in our system.
  • Address basic customer inquiries and direct more complex questions to the appropriate department.
  • Strive to meet daily appointment setting goals.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using computer systems and basic software.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
