Job Overview

This position is a full‑time Branch Customer Service Representative at the Auto Club Group (ACG). You will greet members, promote ACG products, and ensure customer satisfaction.

As an on‑site Branch Customer Service Representative you will:

• Greet members and colleagues in‑person and via phone.
• Provide information and sell membership, travel, insurance, and banking products.
• Generate leads, update members on specials, and conduct outbound promotional calls.
• Process payments, cashiering services, and balance cash drawers.
• Serve as a front‑line liaison to resolve complaints, escalating when needed.
• Support travel and insurance staff during peak periods.
• Perform administrative tasks and maintain a clean, organized workstation.
• Participate in branch events to help drive revenue and member awareness.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Successful candidates will bring a customer‑focused background and strong work ethic.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic math skills for accurate monetary transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet service goals.
• Team‑player with professionalism and a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including holidays, weekends, and occasional community events.

Hourly wage of $19.00–$21.50 based on experience, with incentives and annual bonus potential. Additional benefits include:
