West Palm Beach, FL

Pay: $23/hr - $25/hr

Schedule:

(Part-Time) Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Summary

The Amenities Attendant’s responsibility is to ensure the highest quality guest service and cleanliness through the pool, spa, gym, and children’s amenity areas.

Job Requirements
  • Greets and signs in residents and their guests
  • Ensures all amenity areas are maintained in a professional and clean manner during shift
  • Reviews and implements policies and procedures to facilitate the use of amenities by owners and their guests
  • Controls access to amenity area, such as the theater, spa, pool, kid’s play areas
  • Follows all safety and security policies, programs and procedures
  • Performs other duties as assigned by Management
Supportive Functions
  • Gives tours of the spa when necessary
  • Files daily reservations as well as other correspondence
  • Maintains the weight/exercise room equipment
  • Performs any or all duties and handles projects as assigned by Management
  • Enforces the condominium safety standards
  • Maintains a clean and well‑organized work station

Education/Experience

High school diploma or GED; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
Mathematical Skills
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
  • Ability to compute rate, ration, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
