- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing a welcoming first point of contact.
- Schedule service appointments for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding service details, estimated times, and any special instructions.
- Coordinate with the service department to confirm availability and manage the appointment schedule.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and a focus on solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and appointments.
- Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Proven experience in a customer service or appointment setting role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work effectively in a busy office environment.
