Tyler Presley Salon is an established, busy beauty salon in West Delray Beach seeking a friendly, polished and highly organized Front Desk & Social Media Assistant.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, understands the importance of exceptional customer service, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced salon environment.
This position combines traditional front-desk responsibilities with an important role in helping us capture and organize social-media content from our salon.
Responsibilities include:- Warmly greeting clients and creating an excellent first impression
- Answering phones, texts and client inquiries professionally
- Scheduling, rescheduling and confirming appointments
- Assisting clients with check-in and checkout
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate client information
- Helping clients with salon products and services
- Keeping the reception and retail areas clean, organized and well presented
- Supporting stylists and salon management as needed
- Handling client concerns professionally and calmly
- Helping identify clients with great before-and-after transformation opportunities
- Taking quality before-and-after photos and short videos of salon services
- Capturing behind-the-scenes salon content for Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok
- Organizing photos/videos so they can be used by our social-media/content team
- Helping promote salon packages, services, products and special events
Professional, dependable and personable with excellent communication skills. Previous experience working in a hair salon is strongly preferred. You should be comfortable using a smartphone to take attractive photos and short videos and have a basic understanding of Instagram and social media. Experience with salon scheduling software is a plus.
We are especially interested in someone who notices what needs to be done without constantly being asked and who enjoys creating a positive experience for clients and supporting the salon team.
Compensation: $20-$24 per hour, depending on experience

- Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9 am to 6 pm
- Thursday: 9 am to 7 pm
- Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm
