Health Yes Staffing Network is seeking an experienced Oral Surgery Assistant for a prestigious surgical dental practice in the Greater Delray Beach area. This permanent, full-time opportunity is ideal for a polished dental professional who takes pride in clinical excellence, patient comfort, and maintaining the highest standards of surgical preparation and infection control. The practice offers a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule and compensation ranging from $25–$35 per hour, based on experience.

• Hourly compensation: $25–$35
• Final rate based on experience, surgical skills, credentials, and overall qualifications
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• Permanent, full-time employment

• Provide chairside assistance during dental and oral surgical procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, surgical instruments, materials, and equipment
• Review patient medical histories and obtain appropriate vital signs
• Support the surgeon throughout preoperative, procedural, and postoperative care
• Maintain sterile technique and follow infection-control protocols
• Clean, sterilize, organize, and maintain surgical instruments
• Take dental radiographs when appropriately trained and certified
• Educate patients regarding preoperative preparation and postoperative instructions
• Help patients remain comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their visits
• Document clinical information accurately within the practice-management system
• Monitor inventory and help maintain necessary clinical and surgical supplies
• Coordinate with clinical and front-office team members to support an efficient patient experience

• Previous dental-assisting experience required
• Oral surgery or surgical dental-assisting experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable assisting with complex dental procedures
• Knowledge of sterilization, infection control, and surgical-room preparation
• Florida dental radiography or expanded-function credentials are highly valued
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and polished communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-standard clinical environment
