Position: CADD Technician

• Prepare accurate and detailed engineering drawings using CAD software
• Work closely with Project Engineers to translate technical concepts and specifications into design documents
• Apply established drafting and design standards to produce deliverables efficiently and accurately
• Compile project data and perform routine dimensional calculations required for drawing preparation
• Revise and update drawings as needed, following a structured quality control process that includes checking, correcting, and verification
• Support client engagement by responding to technical questions and presenting design solutions
• Other relevant duties as assigned

• An Associate’s degree or higher in CADD, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution
• One or more years of relevant drafting and design experience preferred
• Experience with roadway design and plan preparation
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other applicable design software
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products
• Experience working with local government agencies preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders
• High attention to detail with a commitment to quality, accuracy, and compliance with established drafting standards

Salary: $45,000 - $600,000 Annual
