This company is a multidisciplinary engineering firm that is expanding operations in its Florida division. The role is full‑time, salaried, and offers an ESOP and strong benefits.

Full time role with company ESOP and great benefits. Salary: $90,000 - $125,000 per year.

Design low‑rise and mid‑rise structures, work with concrete and masonry, and develop structural designs in compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Use AutoCAD, Revit, ENERCALC, and RAM for design work.

Communicate and coordinate with project teams, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

Collaborate independently and as part of a team.

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) certification or Engineer in Training (EIT) certification in the State of Florida
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ENERCALC, and RAM
• Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
• Experience designing low‑rise and mid‑rise structures with concrete and masonry
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
